Maria Madeline Project, Inc., is our company name, named for my mother (Maria) and grandmother (Madeline).
Growing up, I remember mom and grandma teaching me to be aware of people’s needs, and addressing them before a request was made for help. They said, “if someone has to ask you for help, you’ve waited too long.”
Maria Madeline Project, Inc., in being named for these women, strives to reflect the same depth of compassion in supporting baby boomers, while keeping alive the boomer notion that together we still can make the world a better place.
We work toward this goal through 50PlusPrime, our TV news magazine for the nation’s 78-million baby boomers born between 1946 and 1964. 50PlusPrime tells the stories of baby boomers making a difference in their communities, and reports on the lifestyle interests specific to the demographic controlling 75% of the nation’s wealth.
The following four stories will give you a pretty clear understanding of why Maria and Madeline are so special to me, and my inspiration in forming this company.
