I entered this world January 3rd 1929 @ 6:30 AM. My mother told my father that I was on the way . He had to walk to the corner store to call the doctor as no one had telephones in their homes in the depression. It was too late as I got there before him. I was first of two boys boys born to them. In elemamentary school I won a $5.00 first prise in the Poppy Poster Contest. Entered Cass Tech High School. In 1944 in the Architecture & Building Program and Graduated in 1947 and went to work for an architect. I then joined the Naval Air Corp.for 9 yrs. Married my wife Alice in 1955 .We were blessed with two children, a girl Barbara & a boy Robert. I am an architect & builder and still in the trade.
