Elaine founded Senior Options and Services, LLC after 22 years of working primarily with seniors addressing their housing needs which often incorporated other areas of their lives such as their financial, legal and social needs when creating their desired lifestyle.
Understanding that the stress associated with transitioning an aging loved one was overwhelming and could tear a family apart, she saw the need and the ability to help so many families by offering knowledge, options, guidance and comfort to minimize the stress and to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. Elaine along with her support team at Senior Options and Services, LLC (S.O.S) provides Lifestyle Transition services for seniors and their families/caregivers. A transition may be made necessary due to the death of a spouse, significant changes in health, the need to downsize brought on by changes to personal or family finances, or because the caregiver can no longer juggle their career and/or the many demands associated with raising their own family while caring for an aging loved one.
We approach the transition holistically, analyzing the medical, housing, legal, financial and social needs of each client. We then create and facilitate the plan of action that best suits that client. Allowing the family members, friends and their senior loved one to focus on each other and not the overwhelming details.
