Danny was born in Omer, Michigan, on July 18, 1948, to Irene and Leslie Cooper. Danny was born in a three-bedroom house. Danny is the oldest in his family, and has a younger brother Jerry, and a younger sister, named Peggy. Danny attended Waterford Kettering. His favorite subject in school was math, because it meant less homework. Danny’s first job was as a shoe repairman, and he made $2.30 an hour. Danny met his wife, Lien, during the Vietnam War. They were married January 11, 1972 in Waterford, Michigan. Danny wanted to marry as soon as possible, so that his wife would not have to go back to Vietnam. He had his first child, Eyvone, on September 26, 1972. When Danny’s daughter was born, he felt like a whole new man. He also finally felt for the first time the real meaning of being a daddy. Danny was able to watch the birth of his daughter, and said that she was beautiful. His daughter is a nurse. When Danny’s daughter was born he admits he wanted to cry. When she got married he said she was the prettiest bride he had ever seen. Family plays a very important role in Danny’s life. His hobbies include Shoe repair, checking e-mail, and making jokes. His favorite book is Old Yellar, and his favorite author is Mark Twain. Something Danny recently learned to do is work on the computer. Danny also feels that war is never appropriate. Danny thinks that Albert Einstein, and Theresa Hett are great thinkers. Danny also feels that Earth is without beginning or end. His favorite movie is The Glimmer Man. His favorite actor is Steven Seigal, and his favorite rapper is Eminem.
