i have a suprapatellar joint effusion behine my right knee that i just found out about. the test was last done on 7/07/2007 can it be cancer the docter never tested to see what it was.i am not very smart but now my upper right leg is given me trouble.i'm not sure but can you tell me what it could be?

Leona, nothing that you have written about your joint problem would indicate cancer. However, since you leg is still bothering you it would be best to make an appointment to see your doctor.
