how much exercise should you get?

Allan, as much as you can tolerate. The more exercise the better, but the exercises should be recommended by your doctor. I don't know your general medical condition. Walking is the safest exercise for everyone.

Thank you for your question and God bless you. -------- Mary Ann Ryan RN
